Opening times

Monday to Friday 10 am – Midday and 4pm to 6pm
Saturday 10am - 1pm
Sunday - closed

Please note:

We charge for the day of arrival but not the day of departure provided that your cat(s) are collected before 11am Monday to Friday or by Midday on Saturday.

Payment is by cheque / guarantee card or cash only. We regret that we do not have a debit/credit card facility at the present time.

Medicines are administered at no extra charge.

If you are unable to deliver or collect your cat(s) we can offer this service within a ten mile radius of Colemans Hatch for a standard charge of £6.00 each way (other arrangements may be possible outside this area, please ask).

Minimum booking 3 days. Except Christmas/New Year/Easter 5 days (except in an emergency)
